Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Work Baaz, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice posted on this page.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use Work Baaz. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Job Postings & Applications
Job posters are responsible for the accuracy of job listings. Work Baaz is a platform connecting hirers and workers and is not a party to any agreement between them. We do not guarantee job availability or worker quality.
Worker Subscriptions
Workers pay a subscription fee to access job applications. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Work Baaz to post false or misleading information, harass or harm other users, violate any applicable law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts our services.
Limitation of Liability
Work Baaz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between hirers and workers.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
